The team behind IPTV Subscription UK 4K: plans with an end date, never a contract

IPTV Subscription UK 4K sells fixed-term IPTV plans online, on its own account, to British households. One payment covers the months you pick, and the plan finishes on a date we put in writing. Here is who we are, why there is no contract, and where our promises end.

The business

Who runs IPTV Subscription UK 4K

We are an independent business trading only on the internet, for UK homes. No broadcaster, TV manufacturer, app developer or broadband firm is connected with us, and you should not read any page here as hinting otherwise.

The thing we sell is access. Three details from your login message unlock more than 40,000 live channels and a 120,000-title library of films and series, inside whichever player you like. Apps, sticks, boxes and televisions are made by other firms, and we sell none of them.

The whole set-up assumes a British living room: pounds on every price, listings on UK time, British channel groups at the head of the list (nations and regions included) and replies written in English.

Nobody is pictured or named on this site, and we publish no customer numbers. Judge us instead on what you can verify: the steps of an order, what the login message contains, and how a question asked before payment gets answered.

Our name includes « 4K », and that is the ceiling rather than a promise for every channel. The picture reaches 4K UHD on programmes produced in 4K, and everything else arrives in the HD or Full HD it was made in.

Our approach

Why we work without contracts

A contract is a way of keeping payments coming for years. It makes sense for a company that installs dishes, sends engineers and bills monthly, and it is why a typical UK pay-TV deal locks you in for 18 or 24 months, charges you to leave early and keeps rolling once the term ends.

Nothing in our model needs that. The full term is paid before it starts, which leaves nothing for us to chase and nothing for you to cancel. The date at the bottom of your login message is the only agreement on length.

It keeps us honest, too. Anyone unhappy simply does not order again, and no minimum term holds them; every repeat order is one we have to deserve.

Contract terms set against a Flex plan, line by line

Promises

Our promises, and the claims we refuse to make

Left to right: what you can hold us to, what we will never claim, and what only your own home can decide.

Written commitments

  • Your details by WhatsApp or email roughly 2 minutes after paying, whatever the hour
  • An end date stated in the login message
  • A single charge and no renewal of any kind
  • Money back inside 7 days when no login comes, or no screen plays even with our help
  • An honest warning before payment if your TV or broadband looks too weak

Claims you will not see

  • « Every channel in 4K »
  • A count of 4K channels or films
  • Pictures in 8K
  • Evenings with no pauses ever, or uptime percentages
  • The same login carried over to a new order

Decided in your home

  • Broadband speed at the TV after dark
  • How strong the Wi-Fi is where the TV stands
  • Whether the TV or stick can run a player
  • The player app, which another company makes
  • Using the login in one household only

You will not find customer reviews here yet. Once UK customers send theirs, they will be shown exactly as written, and not before.

Ordering

How an order runs

  1. Pick a plan

Tap Buy on a plan card. WhatsApp opens with the plan name and the price written for you; an email does the same job.

  2. Pay in one go

The team replies with a secure link. Card or PayPal is handled on the payment firm’s page, so your card details stay with them and your bank.

  3. Get your details

Roughly 2 minutes once payment clears, at 3 pm or 3 am, the login message lands in WhatsApp or your inbox.

  4. Start watching

Enter the three details in a player on every screen you use, alone or with the team on WhatsApp beside you.

No basket, no sign-up, and no box for card numbers on any page here.

Support

How we help

One team answers WhatsApp and email 24/7, in English, whatever the question: which plan, a login that will not take, leaving a contract, or an end date coming up.

Tell us your TV or stick, and an evening speed reading taken on it, before ordering. Where a plan is unlikely to run well in your home, we say so before sending any payment link.

Some problems are beyond reach from a distance: a router two floors away from the TV, or a stick too old to decode the stream. We tell you straight and point to the cheapest fix we know. Our contact page explains what a first message should include.

The UK guides cover the questions people bring us most: contracts and costs, the listings and catch-up, regional channels, sport, broadband and family viewing. For the plans themselves, the plans page lays the four Flex lengths side by side, and the setup page walks from the login message to the first channel.

One payment per plan, an end date in writing, and questions answered at any hour before you commit to anything.
