The few details we keep

The WhatsApp number or email address behind your order, which Flex plan you picked, its start and end dates, and the conversation we had with you. A payment company handles card and PayPal payments; we only learn that a payment went through. There are no tracking or advertising cookies on this site.

What they are used for

Sending the login, answering setup and switching questions, issuing a receipt on request and handling refunds. We never sell or share them and send no marketing.

How long they stay

Order details are deleted three years after the plan ends; payment records are kept for six years under UK tax rules.

Asking for your data

Email [email protected] to see, correct or erase what we hold; a reply follows inside one month. You can also take a complaint to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
